At RootRevive, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make your experience seamless from order to delivery. Please review our return and refund policy to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Key Information

  • 30-Day Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.

  • Fast Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees on standard returns.

  • Free Return Shipping: We cover return shipping costs for qualifying items.

Accepted Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Like-New Condition: Items must be unused and in original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.

  • Original Packaging: All parts, manuals, and packaging must be returned intact.

⚠️ Please Note: Engine-powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been fueled or oiled, it must be taken to an authorized service center for repair, which may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

How to Return an Item

  1. Start the Process
    Email us at info@rootrevivedirect.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Get Instructions
    We’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if your return qualifies.

  3. Ship It Back
    Use the label to return your item. Once received, we’ll inspect and process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll make it right:

  • Damage on Arrival:

    • Take photos immediately.

    • Note the damage with the delivery driver if possible.

    • Email us at info@rootrevivedirect.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Wrong Item Received:

    • Let us know the issue and your order number.

    • We’ll send a prepaid label and ship the correct item at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us ASAP at info@rootrevivedirect.com. If the order hasn't shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, reach out to us at info@rootrevivedirect.com and we’ll walk you through the process, including shipping the original item back at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

All items are eligible for return as long as they meet the conditions above.
Engine-powered equipment that has been fueled or oiled is not eligible for return.
