Return & Refund Policy

Return Process

Please contact us at info@rootrevivredirect.com and explain what do you want to return, attach your order number as well.

Wait until you receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number), your return will not be accepted without it.

Send the package with the RAN written on the package using the shipping label we will also provide. Use a delivery service with a tracking code.

We inspect the return and let you know via email whether we accept it. If we do, please wait for up to 10 days before you receive your funds back.

Return Eligibility

There are certain conditions the products must meet if you wish to return them. Most notably, they need to be in a new-like condition, unused, undagamed and in original packaging - so pretty much in the same condition as when you received it.

Cancellations

We permit cancellations at any point before the order is dispatched. Contact us through phone or email as soon as possible to make sure you do so in time. If your order is already en route, you can still return the items after they arrive.

Damaged Orders

When your package arrives, make sure to inspect both the packaging and the items. If you discover any damage, make note of it with the delivery service.

Then please take photos/videos of the damage and send them to us to info@rootrevivedirect.com along with your order number and list of items affected by the damages. It is important you do this within 24 hrs of receiving your item so that we're able to assist you.

Please Note

Engine powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service centre for repair which may be covered under warranty. Any product returned to Root Revive Direct must be new, unused, complete, marked with a valid RMA number, and less than 30 days after original invoice date. Anything else will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.
