Shipping Process

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after you place your order. As soon as we receive it, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  

In the highly unlikely case your item is currently on backorder or unavailable (see more below), we will reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

On average, it takes us 1-3 days to prepare your order for dispatch and then additional 1-5 days until the order reaches you. We ship only to the contiguous US (no Alaska, Hawaii, the territories or Canada).

Some things to keep in mind

  • Our deliveries are curbside only.
  • If you choose not to have the liftgate service and it is needed at the time of delivery, the customer will be charged separately by the company.
  • In case you need to schedule a new delivery attempt, the customer will be charged the fee for the second delivery attempt. 

Address Changes

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit (regardless if it changed or if you've entered it wrong). If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at

Order Tracking

When we will start your transfer, you'll get a chasing number with your order with which you can learn about your order post position until you get your order in your hands.


We permit cancellations at any point before the order is dispatched. Contact us through phone +1 (844) 900-1746 or email as soon as possible to make sure you do so in time. If your order is already en route, you can still return the items after they arrive.


We only charge tax in the state of Wyoming.

Damaged Orders

When your package arrives, make sure to inspect both the packaging and the items. We recommend you do it immediately when your delivery is being made. If you discover any damage, make note of it with the delivery service.

IMPORTANT: If contents cannot be inspected immediately, notation on carrier’s paperwork must state: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list type of damage. 

Then please take photos/videos of the damage and send them to us to along with your order number and list of items affected by the damages. It is important you do this within 48 hrs of receiving your item so that we're able to process an insurance claim on your behalf.


    When product runs out of stock in our warehouse and the website is not properly updated, we will send you an email right after you place your order notifying you of the backorder, what the expected time for arrival is, and what substitutes are available in case you are interested in getting an item sooner.

    If you agree to backorder and then decided to cancel your order an administration fee of 4% of the product price will be charged.

    When the item finally arrives, we will notify you by email with your estimated ship date and you will receive an email with tracking information.
