Refund policy

Introduction

At RootRevive, we aim to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help make things right.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Order Edits

Need to make a change to your order?
You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to request an edit. After that window, we are unable to modify orders.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost during shipping:

  • We will replace it at no extra cost, provided a correct address was used at checkout.

  • If you prefer a refund over a replacement, we must wait 30 days to confirm the parcel is not delivered.

  • Our customer support team will monitor the order and update you throughout the process.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless:

  • The item was damaged during transit

  • The item received was incorrect

In such cases, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that period, the order will be processed and shipped.
